In December 2025, the orbital-imaging AI technology developed inside GOi was acquired.
The acquiring organization and terms remain undisclosed. GOIAST8 retained the Global Orbital Imaging name and the engineering team behind it — which now operates as a custom systems and applications developer inside the holding company.
